Paper Shredding Bags
Our extra-strong, double-ply paper shredding bags are ideal for one-time waste paper collection, clearances or ad hoc shredding collection service appointments.
These self-sealing, fully recyclable bags are designed to hold the equivalent of a standard archive box and are perfect for secure paper shredding needs in offices, homes, warehouses or co-working spaces. Once filled, simply contact us to arrange confidential waste disposal near you – no need to open the bags, as the contents and bag are shredded together for maximum security.
Because we care about the security of your documents, bags are collected in fully secure, tracked and liveried vehicles and drivers are always in uniform with ID badges shown at all times. On top of this, transactions are recorded electronically and you will receive a free electronic waste transfer note as confirmation your confidential waste has been collected, as well as an electronic certificate of destruction to confirm your data has been securely destroyed.

We do not provide boxes, however if you have your material already in archive boxes we can collect these as they are, individually, or on pallets.

SECURE STORAGE FOR CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS
These lockable cabinets have inner bags, suspended underneath the front feed slot, which our collection team exchanges on a fixed schedule.
We have two cabinet sizes. The standard cabinet measures 900*500*500mm and hold approximately the same as two standard archive boxes. Our junior cabinets measure 635*500*500mm and fit perfectly under an office desk, so ideal for smaller spaces. They can also be customised to reflect your company brand or colours.
These locked cabinets allow confidential waste to be stored securely before collection. The cabinets can only be opened by Highlander staff or nominated client key holders.
The cabinets are compliant with Data Protection and GDPR, protecting your staff, company and customers information from any potential data breach.
BESPOKE WRAPPED ConSOLE
Here at Highlander Security Shredding, we not only offer secure document shredding services, but we also provide a unique cabinet wrapping service, to ensure that your documents are both contained and stored properly prior to your scheduled confidential waste paper collection, but can also blend in with your office surroundings and colours.
We can tailor the cabinets to your exact office environment and storage requirements, with a range of colours, two different sizes, and a number of bespoke design options available.

120L LOCKABLE WHEELED BIN
CONFIDENTIAL WASTE STORAGE – ON THE MOVE!
The smallest of the 3 sizes of security wheeled bins we offer, this bin will fit the equivalent of 3 sacks worth of paperwork.
The bin has a no return feed slot on the lid for paperwork to be placed into the bin. Given the mobile nature of this option, this is ideal for environments where the bin may be used in different areas.
240L LOCKABLE WHEELED BIN
SECURE STORAGE FOR CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS
The middle size bin, which most people will recognise as a standard household general waste bin.
This will hold the equivalent of 5 sacks worth of paperwork and works in the same way the 120l bin.

660L LOCKABLE WHEELED BIN
Our largest bin size, which is perfect for larger quantities, and holds the equivalent of 15 sacks worth of paperwork. This works in the same way as the 120l bin.
LOCKABLE WALK IN CONTAINER
SECURE STORAGE FOR CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS
We offer large, steel, lockable walk in containers ranging from 22 cubic yards – 40 cubic yards which are ideal for large volumes, and archive clearances.
These will hold 300 – 600 boxes/bags of paper and can be sited on a permanent basis for regular large volumes, as a “wait & load” for clearances which are live loaded, or left on site to be filled.
CONTRACT BUY OUT
Our costs are so competitive, we regularly find that new customers would like to switch to our secure paper shredding services immediately. However, when they speak with their existing shredding supplier to terminate their services, they are unknowingly bound into a very punitive, often long-term contract. Usually, you must give notice of termination 3 months before your existing contract expiry date and with many shredding companies including an “auto-renew” clause within their contracts, what was initially a 1, 2, or 3-year contract will roll into another contract of up to 6 years! All this happens without them even contacting you with a reminder!
At Highlander, we contact every customer before your contract renewal and personally discuss a new contract with you – this is the Highlander guarantee!
We can offer help and guidance when you speak with your existing supplier to end your contract. We can even provide buy-out assistance, should you wish to terminate the contract, so you can start using and saving with our secure paper shredding services MUCH quicker!
